Purchase & delivery

www.tidytax.com.au sends all orders via (name of postal service ie Australia Post or Courier depending on their payment and delivery choices) in accordance with your payment choice and upon receipt of full payment. Depending on your choice of delivery method, this delivery may take between 2 and 14 days. We are not responsible for your choice of postal service and not responsible for loss or damage from the point of posting. However, we may decide, but are not obliged, to replace any lost or damaged items at our discretion. Any order, once posted from www.tidytax.com.au is at the customer’s risk.

As we charge a minimal fee for postage, we cannot be responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. www.tidytax.com.au cannot be held responsible for compensation or replacement of damaged products, or to compensate or replace products on behalf of the courier or Australia Post postal services. This should be taken up with and resolved by Australia Post or the courier directly.

Terms of refund

You have 14 days to trial, review and request a refund. Should you wish to return your order, you must notify us and return your order within nominated time. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. www.tidytax.com.au provides a full refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

It is your responsibility to ensure they are returned to www.tidytax.com.au as ordered. In accordance with the above consumer policy above, we also require a valid reason for return to enable us to have an opportunity to assist or fix your issue wherever possible. Any refunds are made at the discretion of www.tidytax.com.au and are refunded by the same payment method that you provided payment.

Once we have received the goods we will process your refund in accordance with our policy. Please note that a refund may take up to 7 business days to appear on your account statement.

Reasonable Care (for registered agents)

By using our services, you agree that www.tidytax.com.au is not to be held liable for any breaches of the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (TASA) and any consequences, as a result, are your own. Jurisdiction

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of Queensland and Australia.

If there is a dispute between you and www.tidytax.com.au that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
